Travel4Site is a third-party travel affiliate and referral site. We are a middleman. These terms govern your use of https://travel4site.com. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Acceptance
By using this site you accept these terms. Browsing, clicking a search, running a calculator, or following an outbound link is use. We may change the terms. The date at the top is the current version. Keep using the site after a change and you accept the new text.
What this site is
The service is editorial content plus referral and affiliate links. We display deals, tools, guides, and partner widgets. We are not a travel supplier, hotel, airline, cruise line, online travel agency, or payment processor. We do not take reservations. We do not sell tickets, rooms, flights, cars, tours, or cruises. We do not set prices. We do not process or store booking payments. We do not hold ourselves out as licensed to ticket travel, because we do not ticket travel.
When you want to book, you leave us — or you finish inside a partner widget that is not our reservation system. The contract for the trip is between you and the booking partner. Partner terms, cancellation, refunds, price changes, availability, taxes, and customer service apply.
No accounts required
You do not need a Travel4Site account to browse. We do not run traveler booking accounts on this host. Partner sites may ask you to sign in. That login is theirs.
Intellectual property
Site copy, original tools, layout, and original images are ours or used with permission. You may read, link, and quote short passages with credit. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it for a competing product, wrap it in a frame that pretends to be us, or strip attribution. Do not present our guides as your booking engine.
Affiliate disclosure
We may earn a commission if you book through these links, at no extra cost to you. Amazon Associates tag nolimit4site is used where bookstore links appear. Travel partners include Booking.com, Expedia, and other outbound operators. We do not hide that. Details live on /affiliates/. A commission is not a price we control. Any steep discount or low price we highlight is a partner rate or affiliate economics passed through as a better-looking number. We are not the merchant of record. We do not promise a best price.
Bookings happen on third-party sites
Hotel search sends you to Booking.com, and optionally Expedia. Flight search uses a partner widget. Other links go to other operators. Their terms control the reservation. We are not customer service for that reservation. We do not “secure your payment.” We do not process bookings. If something goes wrong with a room, a flight, a refund, or a card charge, that is the partner and the supplier — not Travel4Site.
We are not liable for partner errors, sold-out inventory, price jumps after click-through, denied boarding, visa issues, weather, or the quality of a stay.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability on our pages may be outdated the moment they are shown. Feeds lag. Widgets refresh on their own clocks. We do not guarantee that a displayed deal can be completed, that a fare still exists, or that a room is open. Calculators are not live inventory, live fares, or a contract to fly, drive, or stay.
Editorial and other content
Guides are opinions and public-source summaries, not a contract to get you a room, a flight, or a result. The territories & markets page and related notes are not tax, legal, investment, or residency advice. Rules change. Hire a practitioner if the decision is real money.
Prohibited use
Do not use this site to commit fraud, to interfere with the servers or with other visitors, to scrape at a volume that knocks the host over, to inject malware, or to do anything illegal. Do not try to harvest emails, probe for a booking database that does not exist, or impersonate Travel4Site to take payments. We will cut off access we can control, and we will hand logs to a host or a law-enforcement request when that is the honest next step.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or that outbound links still work. We do not warrant prices, availability, or travel outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Travel4Site and the people who operate it are not liable for bookings, travel outcomes, partner acts or omissions, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost fares, lost trips, lost data, or lost profits — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we were told they might happen. We are not liable for partner errors, sold-out inventory, price jumps after click-through, denied boarding, visa issues, weather, or the quality of a stay. If a court will not allow a full exclusion, our liability for a claim about this website is limited to what you paid us to use it, which is nothing, or the smallest amount the law requires, whichever is larger. We still do not take reservations, so a booking dispute is not a claim we can fulfill with a ticket.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site, scrape it, impersonate it, or use it to harm someone, you will cover Travel4Site for claims, costs, and reasonable legal fees that come from that misuse, to the extent the law allows.
Third-party links
Outbound links are not endorsements of every page they currently land on. Partner sites have their own terms. External links can break. Amazon, Booking.com, Expedia, parks, airlines, and other destinations are not us.
Changes to the site
We may change, pause, or take down pages, tools, and widgets. A calculator or a search box can disappear. That is not a breach of a booking contract, because we never had one with you.
Termination
We may block access when we have cause — abuse, fraud, or a legal demand. You may stop using the site at any time. Termination does not unwind a reservation you made with a partner. That reservation was never ours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of this website, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is to be determined (TBD) by the operator. This line is a placeholder until a specific jurisdiction is named. It does not invent a state.
