Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026.
Travel4Site (https://travel4site.com) is a third-party travel affiliate and referral site. We are a middleman. We publish guides, tools, and links. When you want to book, we send you to a partner to finish the reservation. We are not a travel supplier, hotel, airline, online travel agency, or payment processor. We do not take reservations. We do not process or store booking payments.
This policy covers this website: pages, calculators, the mailto contact form, server logs, and analytics. It does not cover Booking.com, Expedia, Amazon, flight-search widgets, or any other partner you leave us for. Their cookies, accounts, and privacy policies are theirs.
The contract for a trip is between you and the booking partner. We never see your card number.
Who we are
We run an editorial site with affiliate links and partner widgets. We do not run traveler booking accounts. You can browse without a login here. We have no hidden ticket database on this host for the contact form.
What we collect
What this site itself may have:
- Server logs typical of a cPanel-style host: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and user-agent.
- Google Analytics used to count visits — pages viewed, rough location as Google derives it, device and browser, traffic source. We use that to see what is read, not to book a trip.
- Email you send to escape@travel4site.com, and whatever you put in that message.
- Cookies and similar storage set by this site or by third-party scripts we load (analytics and partner widgets).
The air and land calculators run in your browser. The quote rotator does not phone home.
What we never collect
We do not collect or store payment cards, CVVs, billing addresses for bookings, or traveler passport data for bookings. Card numbers, if any, are entered only on the partner’s site. We do not receive them. We do not use any data we have to complete reservations. We are not the merchant of record.
Analytics, cookies, and partner scripts
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits. Partner widgets — including in-page flight search — load their own scripts and may set their own cookies. Hotel search sends you off-site to Booking.com, and optionally Expedia. Those companies have their own privacy policies. We do not control their cookies, accounts, or ads.
You can block cookies in your browser. Some widgets may then fail. That is expected.
Server logs
Typical hosting logs record IP addresses and user-agents. We do not sell log data. We do not use logs to complete a reservation. Write escape@travel4site.com if you need a log question answered honestly.
Contact form
The contact form is a mailto: to escape@travel4site.com. Your email client sends the message. We do not operate a ticket system on this host for that form. Once it leaves your machine, it is ordinary email on our side.
Off-site booking
When you search hotels or follow a booking link, you leave Travel4Site. Booking.com, Expedia, and other outbound operators handle the reservation under their own privacy policies. We do not receive card numbers. We do not store booking payments. We do not process booking personal data, so we are not a “processor” of reservations under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws.
If a privacy law such as GDPR or CCPA applies to you, treat our role as limited to this website’s logs, analytics, and emails you send us — not to a reservation we never handle.
We do not sell personal data
We do not sell personal data. Affiliate commissions are paid by partners when someone books through a tracked link, at no extra cost to you. That is a partner payout to us. It is not a sale of your profile. See affiliate disclosure.
How we use data
Logs keep the site up and help us see abuse. Analytics count visits. Email lets us answer you. We do not use data to complete reservations. Prices and availability on our pages may be outdated the moment they are shown; we are not using your data to lock a fare.
Retention
We have no booking database. Email you send us is kept as ordinary correspondence. Server logs last as long as typical hosting retains them. Analytics follow Google’s retention settings. We do not keep card data because we never receive it.
Third parties
Parties that may process data when you use this site include Google (Analytics), booking and flight partners (their widgets and sites), Amazon if you follow a bookstore link, and the host that serves the pages. Partners change. Each has its own policy. Once you are on their site, you are in their house.
Your rights
You can ask what we have. Write escape@travel4site.com. Honest version: we may have little beyond logs and emails you sent. We can correct or delete email we still have. We cannot delete a Booking.com or Expedia reservation, because it is not ours. We cannot pull a card we never stored. We cannot un-book a trip we never sold.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where that is the local line. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
International visitors
This is a U.S.-facing travel site. Data may be processed where the host and partners operate, which can be outside your country. Partners you book with will process reservation data under their own rules, not ours.
Changes
We may change this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. The current version is the one on this page.
